Jury coordinator of 12th Grand Prix Nova:
Amandine Casadamont is the author and director of many well-documented audio dramas in which imagination plays an important role in concrete spaces, in which fiction meets reality in order to question how things work in our society. This abandonment of the comfort zone highlights the invisible and attacks sensitive subjects such as her travels in the forbidden area of Fukushima or in drug trafficking heavy zones in the Mexican dessert. Archives research led her to create for Fondation Van Gogh din Arles, La nuit de la radio (SCAM), France Culture as well as MEG of Geneva, centered around recent history. Her French Culture productions are acclaimed with multiple international awards, including the Award for Sound Documentary at The International Biennial Radio Mexico City (2012), The 'Phonurgia Nova' Award for "radio sound art" (2015), 'The Sound of the Silence' Festival, New York (2006).
